A graduate of Stanford University (LLM) and Doctor of Laws (cum laude), Luis Fernando worked as a researcher at the universities of Harvard, Oxford, and Hong Kong.
He is the author of books and chapters on alternative dispute resolution mechanisms and lectures on international arbitration, investment arbitration and comparative contract law at several universities, as well as a regular speaker on these topics.
Luis Fernando is a Corresponding Member of the Royal Academy of Jurisprudence and Legislation and President of the Rafael del Pino Arbitrators Club.

Tam Martinez-Fiume is the Corporate Director of Wonders&Co and is responsible for the management and executive and administrative support of the firm’s strategic projects.
A British and Spanish national, Tam is an enthusiastic, methodical, and proactive professional with over 25 years’ experience of managing and directing resources in companies in the financial and construction sectors in the UK, Ireland, and Cayman Islands.

Víctor Lana Arceiz

Víctor Lana is a Spanish lawyer with extensive experience in international arbitration and litigation. He has participated in many arbitration proceedings before international (ICC, LCIA, CCL) and national arbitral institutions (CEA, CAM, TAB), in commercial, corporate, post M&A, sports, construction or financial law disputes.
He graduated in Law (honors) from the University of Navarra, where he is currently working on his doctoral thesis in Private International Law. His research focuses on the regime of damages for breach of contract in international trade. He is the author of several publications and book chapters on arbitration, international litigation, and contract law.

María Fernández-Mazarambroz handles the firm’s construction disputes, providing the technical and expert support necessary to develop a solid defense in this type of disputes.
A graduate from the School of Construction at the Polytechnic University of Madrid, over the years María has worked with prestigious architecture studios and construction companies on major urban development projects.
Along with her experience as construction manager, María has extensive knowledge in construction law, real estate valuation, urban planning regulations, and administrative contracts. She has also taught at the Polytechnic University of Madrid.
